My goodness, I can't believe it's already the middle of the week ~ only 2 more days till the weekend is here....I can't wait!! Next week my son Austin has Spring Break, so that means sleeping in everyday...YIPPEE!! LOL :)
Thought I would show you ladies some of my recent purchases that I made from wonderfully talented sellers on Ebay, and of course, our most favorite painter of roses, Ms Rebecca of A Gathering Place
First up is one of Rebecca's Gorgeous bunnies...I've been wanting to get my hands on one of these for some time, but they always sell out so fast, which is no surprise...This one is the 2nd of this style that she trasformed. I had bought the one on her Website, or so I thought, but was beaten out by just 5 minutes by someone else who had purchased her....Rebecca had emailed to let me know, and said she did have another one, and would I like to buy that one....well of course I said "YES" And here she is :) I just adore her!!
Next up is this lovely butter dish, painted all pink and with pretty pink roses...this is from a seller on Ebay called rusebuds4u
Here is a lovely picture frame from Bea, who's Ebay is relics-and-roses ~ I actually own a few pieces of hers ~ I plan to put pictures of my soon-to-be grandchild in it :)
And lastly is this wonderful vintage basket all painted up cottage white with lovely pink roses...this is from a seller called thecottagemill on Ebay. I've got all my Romantic style Decorating books inside of it.
Here is a sweet pillow & shaker set that will be available soon on Ebay..another perfect gift for Easter or for Mother's Day....The shaker is a larger sized one, and is decorated with a large vintage millinery pink rose and smaller white roses and vintage soft pink ribbon bow.
There are only 2 days left of my special that I am running over in my Etsy shoppe...you can receive 13% off your purchase of Any of my items when you use coupon code: MARCH13 at the checkout. It ends tomorrow night!
And don't forget to enter my Blog Anniversary Giveaway...the winner will be chosen from one of the comments left on that post....there is a link to it over on my right sidebar if you haven't had a chance to enter yet.
Until next time sweet friends ~ Wishing you all a wonderful rest of the week, and upcoming weekend :)

Some New Pretties ~ Blog Anniversary Giveaway Continues
Hello everyone, I hope you all had a wonderful weekend ~ it has been nice & sunny here in Michigan, but still very cold. The temps are suppose to slowly start warming up as the week progresses, so looking forward to that. I've been working in my sewing room the past couple of days or so creating some new pretty pillows to offer up on Ebay, and thought I would show you them before I get them listed...sort of a little sneek peek for my blogging friends :)
These first 2 sweeties each come with a sweet little Vintage glass shaker, that I painted the top pink, and added pretty pink ribbon and pink roses ~ these would make wonderful gifts for Easter or with Mother's day coming up in a couple of months.
This one is a pillow hanger, and can be displayed from a pegged shelf, chairback, doorknob, or simply tuck the hanger behind and display it with a grouping of other sweet pillows, or simply by itself..
And I want to remind you all that my Giveaway is still going strong :) At last check there were a total of 106 comments left on the Giveaway post....remember, the winner will be chosen from one of those comments ~ if you haven't entered yet, just click on the Giveaway button over on my right sidebar and it will take you right to it.
Lastly, I also want to remind you that you have only 4 days left to take advantage of the special that I am having in my Etsy shoppe ~ just type in MARCH13 in the coupon code at the checkout to receive 13% off your purchase of anything listed in my shoppe. This special will end on April 1st. There is a link also on my right sidebar to take you to my Etsy shoppe :)
Until next time sweet friends!! Wishing you all a wonderful & fabulous week ahead :)

Introducing a New Blog; Our fallen Tree & Giveaway Reminder
Hello to all my blogging friends! Today I wanted to introduce to you a new blog that I have discovered, called Shabby Delights ~ the owner of the blog is Michelle, and she is from Australia ~ She loves the Shabby Chic look, like so many of us, and has a lovely home decorated in that Shabby Romantic look we all love ~ I hope you will go on over and say hello and welcome her to this wonderful world of blogging :) You can click HERE to take you to her blog.
Below is a photo of my newest creation that is listed on Ebay ~ just click the link on my right sidebar to take you there.
Wednesday morning we woke to see this tree of ours that lines the front of our yard by the road, had fallen down :( Thankfully it fell into the yard and not into the road...that wouldn't have been too good! We here in Michigan had a Major Winter storm that in some areas brought lots of snow, and in our area, brought lots of sleet and freezing rain. There was no school yesterday because of it. Today things are still covered in ice, and the temps are still staying below freezing, so it's going to take awhile to melt away all this ice. Isn't it SUPPOSE to be spring now? No sign of it here!
Don't forget about my Blog Anniversary Giveaway ~ all you need to do to enter is leave a comment on that post, as that is where the winner will be drawn from...so far there have been 84 comments left :) You can click HERE to take you to that post.
And one last thing before I go, if you haven't stopped by my Etsy shoppe, this is just a reminder that I am having a special sale in my shoppe until the end of March ~ you can save 13% off your purchase of ANY of my items when you use coupon code: MARCH13 at the checkout. There is a link over on my right sidebar to take you there :)
I'm hoping to be able to join Pink Saturday this weekend, so until then sweet friends!

Romantic Display Washcloths
Thought I would share with you all what I did today; below are photos of 3 pretty display Washcloths that I embellished with pretty rose fabrics and both new and vintage trims ~ 2 of these will be listed tomorrow on Ebay, and 1 will be listed in my Etsy shoppe, and we'll see which venue works best for them ~ I hope you will take some time to check them out. I purchased the pretty pink washcloths a few months ago, and FINALLY got around to working on them. I think they turned out pretty nicely :) I've made several display handtowels, but this is the first time I have offered washcloths ~ they would look lovely displayed over a simple colored towel, in pink, white, or green, as these are the prominent colors in each of them.
UPDATE: All 3 washcloths are now listed on Ebay
~~SOLD~~

Gorgeous Antique Rose Painting
Hello to all my bloggie friends! I wanted to do a little post before the race starts this afternoon, of this GORGEOUS antique rose painting that I won over on Ebay ~ I have been wanting to purchase an authentic antique rose painting for some time now, but as you know, the prices for them are very expensive...I had a little bit of money to "play around with", and so when I saw this painting listed on Ebay, I couldn't wait to bid on it...and lucky me I won it!! I've put it inside of this Vintage frame that I already had, though the painting isn't quite tall enough for it..plenty wide enough, but as you can see in the photos, there is white that you see on the top and bottom of the painting, which is from another print that's behind it. It works for now.
The frame I placed it in is truly beautiful; love the details on it, and I had painted in a wonderful shabby pink, which works beautifully with the painted pink roses...
Here's a close-up of the 2die4 GORGEOUS pink roses...
I also wanted to show you a couple of items that I just listed on Ebay (you can click on the link on my right sidebar to take you to my listings)...this lovely pillow which features a piece of vintage linen with an appliqued pink rose and rosebuds...
And this scrolly metal pink bowl/compote...
Well, that's all for now, time to go settle into my cozy chair and get ready to watch the race...oh, by the way, my driver, Jeff Gordon WON last weeks race...WHOOT!! WHOOT!! Here's hoping he can do it 2 weeks in a row....I'm keepin' my fingers crossed :)
