Teacup Tuesday #6 & Teapot and Tea Things Tuesday #1

Yes ladies, it is once again time for Teacup Tuesday, where everyone gets out and shows their lovely teacups for us all to see! And this would not be possible if not for our wonderful hostesses Martha and Terri, so thank you dear ladies!

I am also participating for the first time with Teapots and Tea Things Tuesday, so please stop by Pam's lovely blog to see those lovely ladies who are participating :)

A little reminder about my 2 giveaways...both end THIS FRIDAY!! Please click on either link on my sidebar to take you to them for all the details. I will be announcing the winners June 19th!

Below is a photo of a vignette I put together the other day, with a cutie pie momma bear and her little cub, along with this weeks featured teacup, a slice of Rhondas faux cake and one of her pretty paper roses :)

The cup I am featuring this week is a sweet vintage teacup from Germany, and it has the most sweetest little pink roses and blue flowers that encircle the top of the cup, as well as around the band of the saucer. This is another one of those very delicate cups where you can see the light shine thru it.

Both the cup and the saucer are stamped: C.T. ALTWASSER, Germany.

Here is a close-up of the sweet Bear set featured this week :) Aren't they adorable!

Here is a close-up of Rhonda's sweet Faux cake slice...just look at all the gorgeous hand-made roses she has placed on this one! Just incredible!

And the pretty pink hand-made paper roses by Rhonda too :) You can find a link to her website on my sidebar.

I hope you have enjoyed your visit with me for this Teacup Tuesday post. Please be sure to stop and visit all the other wonderful participants and check out all the beautiful teacups featured!

I'm going to be quite busy these next few days, as I have a custom order to work on for a sweet friend of mine. Her name is Kate, and she has a gorgeous website with lots of beautiful items for your home, including some of my pretty Image pillows and floral pillows too. The website is www.myenglishrosecottage.com., so if you get a chance go and check out all the beautiful items she has :)

Hello Rhonda, I like the painting in the background, it’s stunning. You've been able to help me out today. I have a teacup marked C.T. with the same crest and I've been trying to track down where it came from. Thank you and take care.

What a lovely photo you put together. That cake is amazing. I love to watch Ace of Cakes on The Food Network, and that little faux cake rivals anything I've seen on there.

Very cute bears.

Blessings...and thanks for the link for the lovely website.

Thank-you so much for popping over to my blog today for a "cuppa" ... I've had so much fun on my first Teacup Tuesday. Your blog is absolutely beautiful -- actually, you had me at the blog name -- how can you go wrong with shabby cats and roses? What a delightful imagination you have! And those little faux cakes are incredible! I'm following you now and looking foward to reading more of your creative posts.
