TEACUP TUESDAY #9 & TEAPOT & TEA THINGS TUESDAY #3

Hello and welcome to another Teacup Tuesday and Teapot and Tea Things Tuesday!! I am linking up with MARTHA at marthasfavorites, TERRI at artfulaffirmations, and also with PAM at A Breath of Fresh Air, and also with Sandi at Rose Chintz Cottage for Tea Time Tuesday, so be sure to stop on over to each of these lovely ladies blogs to say hello, and to visit all the others who are participating this week.

This weeks little vignette features a pretty Royal Albert teacup, a pretty pink teapot, a vintage baby girls dress, a basket with pretty pink and white faux roses, and lastly, some sweet little faux cakes and paper flowers by Rhonda

First up is the lovely teacup...it is done in soft Aqua blues with gorgeous pink roses, and has a gold handle and footed bottom, with more gold edging the rim of the cup and the saucer.

Both of the cup and the saucer are marked ROYAL ALBERT, Bone China, ENGLAND.

Here is a close-up of the saucer. The roses are simply HEAVENLY!!

There is also a sweet little rosebud on the inside of the cup....you can also see that near the inside top it is softly shaded in the aqua blue.

Here is the pretty pink teacup, which I showed you in an earlier post, that I found at my local Goodwill.

This sweet vintage baby girls dress belonged to my sister's sister-in-law. My sister told me that she wore it when she was a baby. She also gave me 2 other of her sister-in-laws dresses too :) I have these displayed in my home.

And lastly, are Rhonda's pretty faux cakes and her pretty pink hand-made paper roses. Be sure to check out her website, which I have a link to that over on my sidebar.

Thank you so much for stopping by to see my post this week. I always LOVE to have you come and visit with me. Now go on over and visit everyone who is participating to see what pretty teacups and tea things they have to share with all of us!

Warmest hugs, Brenda

Oh...lovely things...I want it all :) :) ::) So beautiful. I have a really sweet pink teacup with matching saucer....I'll have to post that again..for everyone to see. I'm curious about Teacup Tuesday? That sounds like a fun event. I was looking at some of the buttons on your sidebar. I'll definitely have to check them out!!!!
I noticed that one of your friends..Bella Vista Tea Time...there's a book by Sandy Lynhma Clough...I love her artwork. She had a business called "A Sandy Clough Tea"....but I"m not sure if that's still going or not. Okay, I'll pay all the ladies a visit. Now I'm going to have to add pretty teacups to my collection of beautiful things :) :)
Hugs from Oregon, Heather :)

Hi Brenda, your teacup is sooo pretty.. the roses on the teacup resemble English Beauty pattern of the same manufacturer Royal Albert. We just can't get enuf of roses, can we? teehee..

Hello Brenda- I always love it where there is an image inside of the teacup like yours. It just adds that extra something. I like your teapot as well. I have two white ones like that. Take care.

All I can say is "pretty in pink". And the baby dress is so adorable!
When I first started my collection of teacups, I would only collect cups with roses on them. Now,my collection is, shall I say, quite eclectic.
I've had a wonderful visit, thank you. Or, in Hawaii we say, mahalo.
