Vintage Linens & Hankies for Pink Saturday

YEAH!! It's my favorite time of the week....It's PINK SATURDAY!! Can ya guess why I love it ? Well, it's because I LOVE PINK, lol!! Betcha you'd never guess that in a millions years :) Be sure to thank BEVERLY at HOW SWEET THE SOUND, for hosting this fabulous Pinkalicious Party every week!

Reminder: You have just one week left to enter my Christmas In July Giveaway...just leave a comment HERE to be entered.

This week I thought I would show you some of my pretty Vintage Linens and sweet hankies, that have either pink or pink roses in/on them.

First up is this lovely set of vintage towels with gorgeous cross stitched pink roses. This is my favorite set!

Here is a close-up of one of them....

This towel has a lovely pink appliqued rose and rosebuds....

Pretty soft and delicate colors on this one....

These next 4 photos are of some lovely vintage hankies with embroidered roses, and one that is a simple soft pink linen with crochet edging....

And lastly, of course, I just had to show you my newest pillows that I have currently listed on Ebay..... you can see them also on my right sidebar, with links to those listings if you'd like to check them out. You can also click on any of these 3 pictures below to enlarge them if you'd like.

This pretty pink long style pillow is the last one of this particular type that I will be making, so if you missed out on the first one that I created, here is your last chance to get one!

Thanks so much for stopping by to see my pretty pinks for this week. Be sure to stop on over to Beverly's to see all the other wonderful blogs featuring their pinks for you all to see!

Wishing you all a wonderful weekend & a Happy Pink Saturday!!!

Warmest hugs, Brenda

As always, Brenda, your showings are beautiful!! I LOVE them all. SO gorgeous.

Let me ask you something. I went to an estate sale, and one of the things they had in abundance were vintage hankies. The people in charge of the sale said there were 389 hankies!!! Some of them were SO gorgeous, and I really wanted to buy some ($1 each), but I didn't know what I would do with them. Tell me, you talented, crafty lady, what kinds of things can you make with hankies? I'd love to know...because I could visit the sale again tomorrow and buy some if I thought I'd have a use for them. I mean, I don't just want to buy them and let them sit in a drawer.

Blessings to you,
Patti

Dearest Brenda, you are killing me with all your beautiful linens. The vintage towels and hankies are gorgeous. I love that kind of stuff! I'm always on the hunt looking for anything like what you have. Hankies, oh gosh, they are a must for decorating in my home. In fact I want to do a post just on hankies. The pillow are gorgeous too.... and I'm head over heels with the long one. Maybe it would be a good idea just to open up a shop for us Blogging ladies to have first crack at your darling pillows. hehehe

Happy Pinks and many HUgs*

HI Brenda...I knew I forgot something. I've read this post many times overs...because I love it and I love the pretty vintage linens and hankies!!! There's something about a simple piece of fabric with a little embellishment that adds such beauty!!! It's really nice!!!
I think it was on your blog where you gave some simple tips on how to make your home more romantic..ie) draping a lovely lace over the side of a nice box or something like that. Anyway, the other day I bought this adorable wooden storabe box for $5 at a yardsale..and a round lacy table cloth...and I have the lace table cloth peeking out from the box...for the moment :) :) :)
anyway, I know that's a bit off topic...so back to your post :) :)...I love all the things you showed today. I'm going to be looking out for things like that to add to my home :) :) You're pillows are amazing. I hope people snap them up on eBay :) :) Have a good week, Brenda. Love and hugs from Oregon, Heather :)
