For this weeks post I thought I would show you my little collection of Canvas prints that I have from Christie Repasy, and some pretty pillows that I created for my sweet International friend, Miss "M".

Most all of you know of Christie Repasy, who doesn't!, but for the few of you who do not, she is one of the most talented artists, and she paints the most GORGEOUS roses that I have ever seen! I've been fortunate enough to buy a few of her lovely Rose prints on Canvas, and below are photos of them for you to see. She does have her own blog, and you can click HERE to take you to it, and you can click HERE to take you to her website.

Below are the 2 pillows that I created for my friend :) This first one has a gorgeous vintage rose fabric in the center, which sadly, this is the last pillow I will be creating with this pretty print. I have just enough left to make a couple of pillows for myself....one of these days, lol :)

This next pillow has a beautiful rose bouquet print for the center, and I've embellished it with a snippit of lace from a vintage doily, and 3 sweet little vintage pink buttons hold it into place. The body of the pillow is made from a beautiful vintage rose Dimity fabric.

Thanks so much for stopping by to see my post for Pink Saturday, I ALWAYS love to have you visit and to read all your super sweet comments. It means so much to me :) Again, please be sure to stop to as many other blogs that are participating to see everyone's pinks they have to show us! It's a great way to meet new bloggers that you have not visited before :)

Have a great weekend everyone, and HAPPY PINK SATURDAY!!!

Warmest hugs, Brenda

Hi Brenda...

I love all the beautiful pink things you posted...you and so many other awesome blog friends have such great things...really expressed my style perfectly :) :) I checked out Christie's site...it's beautiful..and I joined right away :) :) Oh, her roses are beautiful. I wish I had some of those hanging in my home :) :) I'd proudly display it..and your pillows...those are so sweet..and I'd gladly have those in my home, too...especially the second one with the pretty ruffles with the tiny rosebuds on them...I can't tell if it's rosebuds or cherry blossoms...but it matched my Shabby Chic bedding. I know I've said that before..I'm obsessed with Shabby Chic :) :) Thanks for showing off the pink stuff ...Much love and hugs from Oregon, Heather :)
