Hello Everyone! I hope all of you have survived the Blizzard of 2011 ~ We certainly got a ton of snow here in Michigan!! Schools were closed yesterday, and again today, to give the County plow trucks time to clear away all the side roads. Then yesterday our Furnace decided to act up...only keeping the temps in here at about 62 degrees! We did manage to get someone out here to find out what was wrong. Sears wasn't going to send anyone until FRIDAY!! Can you believe that!! Luckily hubby knows someone who installs furnaces and air conditioners, so he came out that same afternoon and got it all fixed. Seems that the guy from Sears who installed this furnace in October of '09 didn't attach a hose on good enough and it came off!! Which was why it wasn't heating up long enough ~ I advise you all to NOT purchase anything from Sears, as they are not reliable, or dependable!

I remember the winters in my home state too well. So glad your furnace is fixed. Nothing worse to happen when the temps are freezing.
We are still iced in with snow on top and bitter cold temps. Fort Worth hosts the Superbowl and those guests are sure surprised!! No one will be wearing shorts! LOL

Hi Brenda....Isn't it nice we are now going to have a heat wave???? hehehe! It is to get to 29 degrees today. Thirty tomorrow. Lets hope the groundhog is right about the early spring! I am ready to see some color again!
I have heard so many things about sears from family and friends, that I would be afraid to buy anything really big from them. Everything from how they cheat you on their revolving charge to inept repair and installation people....I am so happy you got it fixed!!! 62 in the house is pretty chilly this time of the year!
